What's new in V3.0:
1. "Scope Target Lock" texture fixed when viewing in low resolution. I wanted all textures to remain the same quality despite the game's settings.
It's enough to know the weapon is being held up, but doesn't bind itself strictly to a Human, Robot, or Other. The
animation is very realistic with it's breathing effect. At last the fire sound. Did away with the silencer, so it has
more volume. I tried many custom fire sounds, but became annoying after awhile. This one was a keeper.

1. Extract contents of IK-STORM-V3.ZIP
2. Copy all files found in the zip's "System"
folder and paste them in your UT2004
install directory's "System" folder.
